Anahata Retreat & Education Center 

Anahata

Anahata Education Center is a multi-faceted community whose mission is to live from the heart and co-create a more beautiful world. Located just outside the cultural hub of Floyd, Anahata is nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains, alongside the Little River. A stunning property, Anahata is complete with orchards, a two-story greenhouse, a large garden, an event center, and a breathtaking selection of housing, built and designed by Luke. Since 1995, Anahata has created a sustainable and mutually thrivant connection with nature and community members. Anahata's programs center around wellness retreats, weddings, renewable energy planning, community expansion and engagement, and sustainable agriculture. Lifelong learning and civic engagement are central to the Anahata community. This is the ultimate space for personal, professional and community development.

 
Meet the Owners
Accommodations

Three selected students will be invited to stay in beautiful accommodations located in the main house retreat center. All meals will be supplied and/or prepared by the hosts (taking into account any allergies or dietary restrictions). Meals are opportunities for community gathering, community potlucks, daily updates, debriefs and connection. Students are invited to explore the property, take advantage of the hot tub and participate in the occasional group outing for brick oven pizza.
